QA Supervisor（欧美独资公司，大型工程建筑设备制造商，有良好的薪资福利待遇和晋升前景）
工作地点：上海浦东
Job Summary:
Supervise shop-floor quality control, field quality improvement as well as process improvement activities in two work-shift operation.
Key/Primary Responsibilities:
Cascade yearly KPI target and business objectives;
Oversee daily MRB, In-coming inspection, Welding & dimension audit and UT inspection;
Manage ECN implementation, field testing and survey for new product and parts;
Guide and control the schedule of shop floor QI project;
Analyze non-conformance parts quality data and trend, cooperate with supplier quality engineers for parts quality improvement;
Assists Manufacturing in achieving/improving demerits target;
Monitor all “in-process” methods and manufacturing process and applicable procedures to ensure the production of quality parts in accordance with customer quality requirement;
Manage the analysis of claim data and QFA release and follow-up;
Organize monthly PQC meeting;
Assists engineering in developing plant visual aids for quality, process control and assembly instruction;
Support shop floor quality practices throughout whole assembly and fabrication work stations;
Implements and reinforce quality controls activities thru processes improvement;
Maintain liaison with industrial committees, government quality supervision watchdog;
Manage staff retention and development program;
Others tasks assigned by QA supervisor;
Candidate Profile
Professional Experience
Minimum 5 years product quality control experience within manufacturing plant or equivalent within a focus on technical support (Excavator industry preferred);
Minimum 1 year experience as supervisor or project leader;
Experience with statistical analysis and ISO preferred;
Six Sigma quality engineering methodologies preferred
Personal Qualifications
Knowledge
Understand ISO international quality system;
Extensive knowledge of engineering concepts, manufacturing, product, production system and quality tools;
Skills
Proficient skills required in the following areas: problem solving and analysis, interpersonal, verbal and written communications, organization & leadership;
Good knowledge and operation of office software, proficient in Excel, Power Point, Word and Visio;
Education
Minimum college degree in Industrial, Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering;
Languages
Chinese (Mandarin) as native language;
English as working language in both written and verbal;
