PRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB:
? To assist FP&A Director, Asia to analyze business commercial and operating performance and ensure business growth in line with company targets. Preparing various analytical schedules for operating performance and Working Capital for the region and following up problem areas to Management for corrective actions.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Prepare monthly Asia management package and operation review report;
? Prepare monthly forecasts, annual budget and 3 years strategic plan for the region;
? Work with local finance team for product/customer profitability analysis, pricing actions and advertising & promotion ROL;
? Take initiatives in driving action plans to ensure business move within planned direction;
? Prepare various financial analyses as designated by Asia HQ and BU from US;
? Investigate and resolve variance issues VPY, VQR and VOP;
? Active involvement in the inventory and debt management process so as to optimize working capital and maximize cash flow
QUALIFICATIONS:
? B.S. in Accounting or Finance required;
? 10+years in accounting and financial reporting experience, prefer in MNC;
? Good knowledge in MS Office as well as accounting software, prefer in SAP or BPCS;
? Solid financial analysis background in both commercial and operation;
? Strong verbal, written communication skills English and Chinese;
? Highly organized with the ability to complete multi-tasks in a timely manner;
? High team spirit and commitment, systematic and target-oriented working style;
? Possess high level of integrity and positive working attitude

? Complete reporting and analysis on time
? Accurate analysis and take initiatives in cross-function communication and problem solving
