PRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB:
Need capacity to build up new product lines as soon as possible to achieve double growth for power tool accessory business in Asia
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Explain detail about the job responsibilities
？ Responsible for new product development souring of competitive product range for Asia Market, coordinate and lead all the work in between, bring the product to market both in time and quality
？ Support product manager to fulfill additional work and tasks
QUALIFICATIONS:
State the minimum requirements to meet the demands of the job such as Degree/Diploma holder with related program, years of relevant experience etc.
？ Equal or above bachelor’s degree
？ Skilled in English Speaking and writing
？ Engineering background
？ Master of project management and know how to develop and source a new product according to roadmap
？ >5years working experience, prefer to touch power tool accessories in the previous work
？ Have business sense and know how to prioritize the work
？ Can work independently, self-motivated, optimistic and result oriented.
PERFORMANCE EVLUATION STANDARD:
State the Key performance indicator
？ New product fulfillment rate (60%)
？ Assigned task fulfillment efficiency and result (20%)
？ Organization impact (20%)
