Training Specialist, Asia Pacific - (全球第一大森林资源欧洲企业,为亚太区的人员的发展和储备做培训战略发展规划,优化组织架构,多次国外培训机会) Report to: HR Manager - Asia Pacific
Key task 1. In general, act as the regional process owner, responsible for the whole training & development process in China & Asia Pacific area.2. Participate in and/or be responsible for drawing up the training budget, establishing the training needs and carrying out the training plan on his/her part.3. Provide support to build a competency management system, and use HR SAP to manage the system.4. Assist in establishing a performance management system, including a 360 degree assessment system and facilitate the PPR (Personal Performance Review) process in the region.5. Assist in establishing the personnel career development path as well as the talent pool for management resource review (MRR) and assist to assess the qualification of the high potentials. 6. Support to ensure by means of HR development that the organisation has sufficient and appropriate capabilities/competences for achieving its strategic objectives. 7. Bring out HR development viewpoints in the strategic discussions.8. Participate in and/or is responsible on his/her part for the development of HR processes, tools and modes of action and for their implementation.9. Participate in the planning and management of change situations when needed.10. Inform and instruct the personnel actively in practical issues related to HR development activities. 11. Provide HRD expertise to the HR Business Partners in the operations. 12. Act as a coach, instructor and/or mentor.13. Complete other ad hoc assignments by Regional HRD Manager.
Prerequisites ? Relevant Bachelor or Master Degree.
? At least 3 or more years of relative HR working experience in the field or corresponding skills.
? Excellent English skills
? Good communication skill and interpersonal understanding
? Initiative with actions
? Systematic and Innovative thinking
? Impacting and influencing skill
