?10 years of investment analysis,mergers and acquisitions,private financing and other related work experience,with successful experience in financial investment and project investment;
?Good English in both oral and written;
?Dedication,honesty,integrity,rigorous,pragmatic;with strong innovation,organization and coordination,communication,analysis,and writing skills;
?Useful competences:
?With investment experience of banks,financial institutions or large enterprises;with CPA,CFA certificate or overseas work experience of investment bank,etc
Scope of duties
?Assist HQ to prepare and implement company development strategy plans and annual investment plans search for investment opportunities,preliminary analysis and projects searching
?Analysis the risks of company's major projects or investment feasibility,provided the gist's of decision-making on project or investment;organization and responsible for major investment projects,such as
?project approval,negotiation,and other management jobs.
?Negotiations with financial institutions,governmental
?agencies and potential new customers regarding suitable financing solutions for new projects,based on specific needs and investment economics.responsible for the follow-up management of invested projects.
?Study the macro-economic policy,industry and company prospects periodically ,give the constructive ideas;
?Formulate a unified asset management policy to company assets to achieve the maximum benefit. responsible for operational data collection,compilation and analysis,support each department to implement the investment plans.
