Manager Master Data and Procurement Processes

Position summary
A Job purpose:
To manage the master database and support the Director of Master Data and Procurement Processes in procurement –related projects.

To establish and optimise procurement processes which support the Procurement department and store teams.

B Major responsibilities:
Support Director of Master Data in setting up professional procurement processes and systems
Roll out and continuously optimise the established procurement processes and systems
Coordinate and control procurement processes and projects
Establish best practices
Ensure IT systems reflect the needs of Master Data and Procurement

Requirements profile
A Professional experience:
Minimum of 3 years experience in Process Management and/ or Project Management. Previous team management experience
B Educational background:
(University) Higher Education
Excellent English language skills both verbal and written
Strong interpersonal skills
C Job-related skills and attributes:
Strong leadership skills
Capable of prioritising workload and a high degree of flexibility
Excellent IT skills - including Excel and database software. Previous experience with Oracle a definite plus
Self-starter who is capable of working independently
