职位描述
Logistics Supervisor – Packaging
(世界500强汽车整车厂，新增岗位，直接汇报给意大利老板。需熟悉包装设计，广阔的升职空间，丰厚的福利待遇)
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Support team manager on projects by developing packaging solutions considering the total logistic cost
2. Follow up trial for new developed components and to work out action plan base on trial result for further improvements
3. Define and edit packaging specification for components (truck) and CKD (truck) kits
4. Supervise and assist the service provider to define ocean transport container loading plan to obtain high saturation rate
5. Deliver technical consultation to local suppliers and plants for improvement of packages
6. Work with industry quality of origin and destination plants, purchasing and logistics departments for quality problem shooting related to packaging
7. Carries out benchmarking on the competitors’ packaging solutions
REQUIREMENTS:
1. University bachelor degree, major in automotive engineering, mechanic engineering or related fields is plus
2. Minimum 2-3 years work experience in related industry with project management experience
3. Good knowledge of packaging material, packaging design and quality control
4. Computer knowledge in excel, word, power point etc
5. Sound oral and written communication skills (English and Chinese are must, Italian is plus)
6. Highly self-motivated and autonomous in the work
7. Working location Nanjing
