Quality Approval Engineer-闵行

1. MISSION使命或目标：
· To organize and plan the new product verification and validation tasks, well control the testing schedule and Quality indicator during the R&D project, to maximum fulfill new products qualification efficiency.
组织和规划新产品经技术转移后的验证和确认工作, 控制新产品开发过程中的测试进度、品质指标, 最大程度地提高新产品的工作效率。
2. MAIN TASKS主要工作职责：
1. To verify and validate the new products and component such as iron, kettle, steamer, or accessories for SSEAC or Corporate requirements;
验证和确认本公司和集团研发的新产品和零件（电熨斗，电蒸锅，电水壶）以及附件的要求
2. To study the products and parts, define quality inspection points (dimensions, appearance, performance, safety requirement) for the products and parts, verify the parts inspection instruction;
研究产品和零件的特性，制定关键质量确认检查点（零件尺寸，外观，性能和安全的要求），确认其检验指导书。
3. To define QNE document for SSEAC designed products;
为SSEAC设计的产品制定质量环境标准技术规格书（QNE）
4. To efficiently manage product validation testing plan during development.
在产品开发阶段，确保产品验证测试计划是符合项目要求。
5. To collaborate with the testing Engineer, analyzing the results of the test report and finding technical solutions, if necessary.
与测试工程师协作，分析测试报告结果且能够提供技术分析
6. To participate in the product FMEA and process
参加产品的失效模式分析。
3. MINIMA PROFILE职位需求：
· Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical or Electrical Engineer.
机电类本科或以上学历。
· Be familiar with the design and development of small electric equipment, proficient skills in project management.
熟悉小家电产品的开发或设计， 有良好的项目管理经验。
· Good communication skills and team spirit.
善于沟通和良好的团队精神。
· Good command of MS Office, AutoCAD2000.
熟练操作办公自动化和AutoCAD2000。
· Good English skill in listening, speaking, writing.
良好的英语听、说、写能力。
· Good personality and exterior.
优良的品德和良好的自身形象。
