IT Manager - System Administrator – 由于业务的扩充而新增的岗位，来取代之前第三方IT服务公司
上班地点：人民广场 (希望有ERP 系统上线的经验)

Strategic Responsibilities:
- A high level of business process knowledge is would be required for this position. Your will be tasked with the daily administration of the ERP system and ongoing process improvement.
- Hands on infrastructure Server and network troubleshooting experience would be advantageous to this position.
- Vendor management experience.
- Various applications support for small and large companies.
- Propose, define and obtain approval for the future integrated systems for the company.
- Communicate and deliver goals within a short period of time, involving local teams together to deliver key systems into the environment
- Develop and coordinate IT strategies throughout the local business keeping a standard throughout the organization.
- Analyze, create, measure, and optimize the company environment with automation scripts
- Play a key role in identifying, developing and implementing key IT strategies for the China office that directly impact the critical business requirements.
- Secure support from internal and external sources to fund and execute these programs.
Key Responsibilities
- This role is focused on implementing and ensuring standards are correctly applied to the environment. -Process documentation is a must in this role.
- Implement and administrate an ERP system( Supply chain, Sales and Distribution)
- Deliver and support retail technologies POS, PC, Networking
- Website and Online store administration and maintenance.
- Local PC and Server environment administration and support.
- Local backup process
Requirements :
- Dynamics NAV, NetSuite, MS CRM, Salesforce.com, SAP, SAGE,
- Various flavors database experience MSSQL, mySQL, Oracle, web and mobile development, including design and marketing, C++. Also C#, Java, VB, PHP, .NET, MySql, PostGreSQL, JavaScript, HTML, Video, Ruby, AJAX, CSS
- Opensource CMS, Zencart, Joomla, and Drupal experience
- Experience with IPhone and 2G phone development, experience with double byte languages. EDI manipulation, portal sites creation experience
- Certification MCP( required), MCSE, Cisco’s CCNA( advantageous )
- Backup Exec v10+, Arcserve, or other backup applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- MS Office 2003/2007 with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong negotiating skills
- Passion for innovative software and customer interaction
- Multi-tasking
- Good analytical skills
- BA in IT or Related Field
- Must be willing to travel and flexibility with working time
