Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
2. Minimum 8 years experience in mechanical design, preferred in fluid control industry.
3. Skill at AutoCAD and Pro-E
4. Enough application experience in pneumatics or hydraulic circle
5. Good command of spoken and written English
6. Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
Job Description
1. Leading and coordinating new product development project, including technical document preparation, BOM setting up, working instruction preparing, project management, etc.
2. Maintaining and improving the process of existing product lines. Develop product training in the plant.
3. According to the requirement from Marketing to design the products.
4. Provide product engineering expertise to support quality analysis, supplier development and manufacturing activities.
5. R&D for state of the art technology, process, material, equipment and testing device.
