The Branch Manager will be responsible for the Management and Development of China Staff to support the successful implementation of strategic & operational plans and will represent the company at a Management level across allbusiness activities occurring in China. The appointed individual to Office Manager is expected to ensure the smooth running of the office premises and engage our sales administrative and office staff to produce/execute efficient processes across Finance, HR, Marketing, Sales, Shipping, and Government Regulation.

You will be responsible for:

· Line management of designated employees ensuring staff are fully briefed, trained and equipped to carry out their roles effectively.
· Maintain and oversee all investment in line with headquarters for China office.
· Human Resources Lead Role for employee and workplace administration for China Office.
· Work with and follow up with Chinese government for all company related issues.
· Ensure Representative Office and Personnel are working within the guidelines provided by Headquarters and in compliance with Chinese Legislation.

· Assist in other information management to produce weekly and monthly reports
· Ensure that all import/export and general shipping functions are efficient.

· May require follow through on corporate status transfer from Representative Office Status to Whole Owned Foreign Entity
· Perform any other duties as may be reasonably requested from time to time by your Line Manager

To be successful in this role, you will have:
-A minimum of a Bachelor degree (or equivalent) in a Management, Economics or Business discipline.
-Previous experience acting in an office management role
-Strong Financial background with investment practice
-Over eight years experience in international companies
