Quality Process Engineer（欧美独资公司，大型工程建筑设备制造商，有良好的薪资福利待遇和晋升前景）
工作地点：上海浦东
Job Summary:
Assist QA supervisor to supervise product quality control activities in two work-shift operation.
Key/Primary Responsibilities:
Support Quality Manager to do Quality KPI and Quality objectives planning and action plan monitoring;
Consolidating, and analyzing COPQ data and metrics;
Mentoring QI project teams in the application of methodical problem solving processes;
Proposal to supervisors in continues process metrics development, documentation improvement based on CQPQ and Quality KPI data;
Monitoring the trend of KPI200, 98&99, analyze and sort out prioritized items for action improvement;
Initiate the bi-quarterly process documents review and update within Quality function;
Supporting VPS, OD implementation, arrange internal process auditor;
Being the coordinator in Quality team for ISO audit and Quality Award application;
Attend industrial committees, maintain liaison with government quality supervision watchdog;
Other duties as required.
Candidate Profile
Professional Experience
Minimum three (3) years quality related experience in manufacturing, design, quality or supply chain in the field of construction equipment, mining machinery, auto maker.
Six Sigma quality engineering methodologies preferred
Personal Qualifications
Knowledge & Skills
Must be knowledgeable in metal fabrication, ISO 90001:2000, quality audits, metrological instruments, inspection processes, SPC, TQM, document control, process change;
Over Green Belt of Six Sigma a plus, understand ISO international quality system;
Extensive knowledge of engineering concepts, manufacturing, product, production system and quality tools;
Proficient skills required in the following areas: problem solving and analysis, interpersonal, verbal and written communications, organization & leadership;
Good knowledge and operation of office software, proficient in Excel, Power Point, Word and Visio;
Education
Education: Bachelor degree in a related field preferred.
Languages
Chinese (Mandarin) as native language;
English as working language in both written and verbal;
