Channel sales manager

(500强美国企业,为商业楼宇、工业厂房提供一站式的整合系统和服务,包括暖通空调、制冷冷冻等产品。在华业务扩充,负责新业务发展空间广阔。渠道管理经验丰富者优先)

工作职责
l Responsible for the financial performance of the channel sales team by setting strategic goals and plans
l Lead, develop and coach the sales team to deliver the business plan through the use of sales programs, methods and tools
l Implements & maintains sales management best practices
l Compiles and submits accurate and timely sales pipeline and forecast data that allow effective business planning
l Analyzes market opportunities, develops and implements strategies to maximize margins while increasing market share
l Compares actual current business performance to market opportunity size and creates plans to close gap
l Recruits, hires, and retains sales staff

任职要求
l 5-8 years of related experience and/or a combination of experience and education
l University graduate
l Over 3 years team/people management experience
l Strong in channel sales development & management
l Result-driven, good communication skill with team spirit
