Greater China Region - Marketing Communication/ Visual Merchandising Manager – Showroom Design
世界500强美资卫浴建材公司, ，行业排名第一,负责大中华区域所有展厅设计/装修等，团队管理(20人左右)广阔的发展空间和培训机会
BASIC FUNCTIONS
Manage the overall Showroom image, design and construction/ renovation activities throughout the Greater China region. Effectively work with product teams to ensure product is display effectively with good product applications. Work simultaneously with trade marketing team to ensure promotion campaigns are effectively executed within the showrooms.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
？ Display Management:
- Maintain showroom display appearance
- Analyze display performance and address problems
- Work with design team to maximize display effectiveness
- Gather input from sales force about trends and requests from customers
- Ensure showroom is inspirational for customers
- Ensure color co-ordination
？ Showroom consistency and guidelines
- Develop showroom consistency
- Develop annual master plan with product teams
- Ensure showroom flow
- Ensure logo is prominent within the showroom
？ Manage communications
- Manage the communication style and feel
- Communicate features, advantages and benefits
？ New product launches:
- Ensure new products are displayed in key showrooms
- Develop in innovative display for new products
- Roll out plan
？ Personnel Management and Communication:
- Monitor performance of design team, conduct annual reviews and document
- Ensure employee’s performance corresponds with documentation and salary increase
External Business Relationships
？ Frequent contact with customers and suppliers
？ Moderate contact with local design/retail trade associations
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
？ Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in an Architectural or Interior design background
？ Minimum of 6 years of project management experience
？ Showroom design project experience is a must
？ Design sense and interest
？ CAD design background is preferred
？ Managing showroom in different geographic locations is an advantage
？ Personal management skill will be an advantage
