Organisational information：

Job title: Mechanical & Electrical Engineer

Department: Construction Department

Major responsibilities:

Responsible for the installation and planning work and related matters of each construction project

Leading small groups of technical specialists and give trainings to store maintenance teams as well as setting up a lean facility management system

Proposing the budget for the general installation package for each project

Leading a team of professional engineers in terms of installing all kinds of mechanical and electrical works during site construction

Setting up standards and guidelines for the store construction according to state’s regulations including design, construction and installation of the facilities

Leading small groups of technical specialists and provide solutions for technical systems

Controlling installation quality

Implementing installation requirements of the Group

Assessing qualifications of contractors and sub-contractors

Requirements profile：

Professional experience:

Work experience should include a minimum of 8 years

Familiar with state relevant laws and regulations on electrical installation work in the specific country (certificates and licenses)

Familiar with the state-relevant laws and regulations in the construction and planning field in the specific country and providing basic knowledge for the mechanical systems

Familiar with high-, middle- and low-voltage systems as well as with weak-current systems

Educational background:

University degrees in the field of electrical engineering

Job-related skills and attributes:

MS Office skills required

Global knowledge of the domestic / local home entertainment and electronic market

Good communication capabilities with authorities, contractors and colleagues

Good drafting skills concerning documentations and reports on site

Negotiation skills with authorities, general contractors, design institutes and sub-contractors of the Group

Working independently and willing to travel a lot

Fluent in spoken and written English and the respective national language

Knowledge of German is an advantage

Enjoy working in an international atmosphere
