Senior Electronics Engineer（欧美独资医疗设备行业，研发中心职位，相当于team leader）
工作地点：上海浦东

Role and Responsibility:
As key member of the R&D team, he/she will:
-Participate in new product development (product definition, concept and prototype development, verification & validation, design transfer)
-Lead electronics design, testing and manufacturing effort for new product development
-Provide documentation for CE, UL or other standard along with design
-Work with cross-functional team to ensure product design meets the requirement for manufacturing, cost, service, and regulation.
-Assist supply chain selection and production process (assembly and inspection) development
-Assist manager in team and capability build-up

Essential Requirement:
- B.S. degree in Engineering
- Minimal 5 years industry experience in electronics design, testing, and manufacturing
- Hands-on experience and solid capability in:
a)Circuit design (schematic and layout)
b)PCBA debug and testing
c)System design and integration (component selection, trade-off analysis, knowledge with sensor and actuator, etc.)
d)Experience with Design for Manufacturing, Testing, and Cost
e)Good knowledge of safety standard and EMC standard
f)Experience in supply chain selection and interaction.
-Good English communication ability (verbal and written)
-Good problem solving skill (root cause analysis, FMEA, etc.) and technical communication ability
-Must be a team player

Desired Qualification:
-M.S. degree
-Technical knowledge and experience in firmware design and testing; logic design (FPGA, HDL, etc.)
Medical device or life science product development experience, especially experience with complex system development
-Technical leadership experience
-Global collaboration experience in matrix organization
-Able to communication in German
