职位描述
BASIC FUNCTION
· Provide Technical Support for all new products developed by EM Center.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
· Make service BOM, service menu, service training material in QTP and train TSA (Technical Service Rep.) in VTP. Technical service training for global service team.
· Support TSA for new products installation and repair service in the first year of launch.
· Major technical problem solving in the field.
· Provide feedback on product performance, suitability and quality to drive improvement of serviceability and product quality.
· Other assignment from the manager.
RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS
· Direct report to Robust Design Team Manager
· Contact with KCI Technical Service team and other departments
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
· College degree or above in an engineering discipline with 3+ years of work experience in electronics device field technical service area.
· Excellent communication and negotiate skills;
· Independent working style, self-study ability
· Can read and write in English;
· Familiar with MS office;
