HR Manager – Business Partner

亚太区的管辖范围,中国,澳大利亚,韩国,新加坡都有工厂 + 其他亚太国家的销售办事处

一家世界500强美国独资公司,直接向总部做汇报,负责总部的Business Partner, 团队管理,丰厚的工资待遇

上班地点:浦东(密集的班车路线提供)

1. Summary of Position: Provide HR Biz Partnership leadership for the Divisions accountable and HR shared service function assigned.

2 .Principal Accountabilities

· Strategic Business Partner: Work as member of leadership team to develop and deploy overall business strategies.

· Leader: Continually assess internal and external environment and drive organizational alignment initiatives.

· Organizational Transformation: Lead the transformation efforts required to build organizational capability to achieve business goals.

· Functional Expert: Deliver maximum HR services at most efficient cost.

· Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, direct and execute comprehensive HR activities leveraging business units and sector HR resources.

· Ability to apply and adapt best practices and techniques to the requirements of the business plan.

· Strong calibration skill to leverage regional and global resources and have ability to work cross functionally on teams

· Must be able to instill confidence in business leadership team.

· Strong Business Acumen

· Excellent influence and coaching skill

· Organization diagnosis, alignment, and transformation

· Acquisition due diligence/integration

3 .Job Requirement

· The ideal candidate will be an energetic and dynamic leader who has demonstrated “world-class” success working in a multi-cultural, multi-lingual, multi-functional and matrixed work environment in a diversified industrial setting.

· Key qualifications include:

· Minimum 12 years broad-based HR experience with at least 10 years experience in a HR leadership role. Specific HR generalist or HR BP experience working with Sales & operations organization.

· Comprehensive working knowledge of all HR functions: organization diagnosis, organization transformation, strategic planning, training and development, staffing, compensation, benefits, employee relations. etc.

· Customer/consumer focused

· Strategy centered

· Fast, nimble, agile, and flexible

· Ability to thrive in a fast paced, unstructured environment

· Comfortable in a highly matrixed environment

· Demonstrated excellent analytical and reasoning skills

· High energy, self starter

· Bachelor’s degree in business management or engineering

· Languages: Fluency in English and Chinese is required.
