Process Engineering Supervisor（欧美独资医疗设备公司，要求有装配工艺经验，浦东上班，有班车接送）
工作地点：上海浦东

Job Descriptions:
—Day to day manage process team
—To support production productivity improvements to maximize the efficient use of resources within the factory area.
—Provide a high level of professional management and technical support to the engineering team to ensure completion of solving customer complain and quality problem found in production line.
—Organizing; directing and supervising engineers to achieve the department objectives.
—Take charge of improving process continuously.


Job Requirements:
—Collegial degree or above in mechanics or electric or IE
—5-8 years working experience in medical equipment industry with at least 2 years supervisor experience.
—Good communication skill and team work spirit
—Good command of English with both writing and speaking.
—Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good leadership qualities with the ability to guide and motivate a team.
