MISSION使命或目标：
Organizing and planing the verification and validation of new product after the Technology Transfer.
Controlling the testing schedule and Quality indicator during the process of R&D to Maximize Efficiency.
组织和规划新产品经技术转移后的验证和确认工作。
控制新产品开发过程中的测试进度和品质指标，最大程度地提高工作效率。
MAIN TASKS主要工作职责：

Designing, drawing and developing the inspection tools and jigs base on the structure of the new product.
根据新产品的结构，构思、开发及设计其检具治具，并绘制相关图纸；
Giving the technical guidance for trial production, pre-assembling and testing the new products.
对新产品的试产进行技术指导，对新产品进行试装及相关的试验；
Supporting the R&D department with the structure design and plastic parts’ design.
支持研发部门的结构及塑料件设计；
Being responsible for inspecting and confirming of the prepared mold to ensure the normal production.
负责备模的验收和确认工作，确保正常生产；
Guiding and training the mechanical tesing technician.
参与指导和培训机械测量技术人员的工作；
Dealing with other tasks assigned by the department.
完成部门交办的其它任务。

MINIMA PROFILE职位需求：
College degree, major in Mechanical Engineering, more than 3 years working experience in foreign invested enterprises.
大专或以上学历机械专业，3年以上的外企工作经验；
Fimiliar with Solid works or other 3D software.
熟悉Solid works软件或其它相关3D软件；
Having experience of plastic design or plastic mold design.
有塑料件设计或做过塑料模具经验；
Good communication skills of English and Chinese.
良好的中英文沟通能力；正直，诚实，有合作精神；
Integrity, honesty and good cooperation.
正直，诚实，有合作精神；
能承受压力，具备良好的逻辑思维能力；
Being able to withstand the pressure, having good logical thinking.
善于学习，独立思考能力强。
Having good learning ability and independent thinking ability.
