Product Training Mgr（欧美独资公司，市场部门负责全国经销商产品培训带团队，向老外汇报，海外培训机会）

上班地点：浦东

Job Responsibilities:

- To establish a complete training system ( ie .planning, training materials, demonstration equipment, Q & A, etc.);
- To organize special demonstration and training for all regions and industries nationwide;
- Being solely responsible for the storage, maintenance and leasing issues for demonstration equipment;
- To establish well information and communication platform with AKW and to introduce information of new technologies into China timely;
- To establish and prepare professional sales plans and related materials to monumental projects;
- To arrange related tasks to department members;
- To complete other tasks dispatched by senior management team.

- Engineer background;
- extensive experience in the related products;

岗位职责：
- 建立完整的培训体系（计划，教材，演示设备，Q&A等）；
- 在全国组织各区域或行业专题演示活动与培训；
- 负责演示设备的储存，保养以及租借事宜；
- 与AKW建立顺畅的信息沟通平台，及时将新科技信息引入中国；
- 针对行业重大项目制作专业销售方案及相关资料；
- 组织本部门相关工作；
- 执行公司高层管理安排的其它工作。
