China EHS Manager(世界顶级化工行业公司，市中心上班，可组建团队，薪资待遇优厚）
JOB PROFILE
Report to: CEO (American)
Work Location: Shanghai, CBD
Job description:
1. EHS:
Take the EHS leadership role in China acting as China EHS interface to Asia EHS, China accounts and China clients;
Supervise each account team in China to implement JCI &Client EHS standards, develop EHS process& policies;
Develop and coordinate site-specific safety training materials and drive EHS training, consolidate site data to regularly create China EHS report to Asia;
Oversee all EHS issues from site teams, including emergency evacuation, fire and life safety system testing and work safety, etc. And lead any EHS related investigation to insure work safety
Provide remote EHS assistance to some small remote sites via e-mail or telephone, as well as on site training when necessary;
2. Transition:
Support the transition action in North China, for new account starting, exist account extension or handover, as well as account closing;
Coordinate resource to set up new JCI team in client's site including new hires and transited staff recruitment& placemen
Perform maintenance contractors/vendors review and selection, for new contracts and contracts renewal and support to establish operations process including payment arrangement and so on
Take the temporary transited role during transition of some existing account
Keep documentation of the transition program, support the improvement of China Transition process
3. Operations:
Support the site operations on audit of service performance, co-operate with site team to develop and implement improvement plan;
Co-ordinate site team on Best Practice Sharing program, and JCI Award Program;
Support QMS program in China, and support CMMS maintenance;
Be responsible of overall management of some small accounts in North China when necessary;
4. Others:
Provide support to other operations program in China;
Background:
Degree in Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Engineering or M&E, EHS certification from recognized organization or institution is a plus
MUST have at least 8 years of previous experience in EHS with MNC among which 3 years in managerial role, facility operations experience is a plus
Good communications skills
Ability to develop and implement EHS processes, as well as QMS
MUST have experience providing high quality customer service
MUST have fluent spoken and written English
With strong coordination and leadership skills
