Customer Loyalty Mgr(顶级豪华汽车奢侈品牌,向Global Marketing Mgr汇报,欢迎各品类的奢侈品牌资深市场经理应聘)
JOB PROFILE

Job description:
· Provide professional and skilful assistance to solve customer complaints and ensure that they are satisfied
· Manage schedule, ensure proper maintenance are carried out by after sales and to operational support for Company’s demo cars
· Support all track related activities, such as Company Festival, dealer’s track day, etc.
· Coach, manage and motivate team member in daily operations
· Maintain close communications with the Asia Pacific Office, headquarters, customers/ owners, and suppliers/ vendors, as well as interact with internal functions such as sales, PR, after-sales and finance departments regarding profit and payments
· Communicate with internal functions such as sales/ PR/ after-sales, as well as external parties such as dealers, dealer agencies, customers and owners in the Asia Pacific region and report to company headquarters regarding related events
· Prepare the CRM report frequently to HQ, as well as call centre reports, monthly car logistics status reports and owner profile reports
· Loyalty and Retention Programme
· Liaise with “Company Owners Club” via diplomatic communication at all levels of owners and provide professional support with sound business judgment to promote Company events as well as its culture and image
· Organize factory tour and other overseas Company programs, and provide related administration support for arrangements; as well as liaison with APAC and HQ on such initiatives
· Plan and execute the Waiting List Contact Plan for Chinese customers according to Company global strategy and operating guidelines
· Monitor and foster more owners satisfaction, events effectiveness and efficiency to enhance customer loyalty and improve retention through continue improvements on program handling, designing and executions
· Coordinate with Finance Department and handle payment issues regarding event-related expenses
· Provide support in daily operation for dealers (10) in China to maintain efficiency to support owners as well as relationships development with owners
· Provide customer services and required on-site support regarding Company’s policies and programs

Background:
· Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Hotel Management, Communications, Public Relations, or related disciplines
· Minimum five years of working experience in international PR or hotel management experience with two years in a managerial role preferred, and experience in a European company is an advantage
· Hands-on experience in customer service with good understanding of high-end products and preferably, a knowledge of luxury products
· Proven ability to drive projects from development to completion
