China Purchasing Manager (世界500强化工行业，直接汇报给China CEO/ 美国人，负责国内所有工厂原材料的采购，市中心上班，薪资待遇优厚）
This position is responsible for
输入单位业务计划，如：BOM的价格预算和原材料经理一起做部门预算 - Give input to the unit business plan, e.g.: BOM price budgeting and department budget with Materials manager
配合相关训练以优化供应链 - Cooperate with related disciplines to optimize the supply chain
聘请和/或发展公司员工适合采购职能战略关于原材料经理 - Recruit and/or develop talent staffs for strategic buyer function with Materials manager
确保供应商的价格正确/质量/物流和带来的储蓄，至少符合价格侵蚀 Ensure suppliers with the correct price/quality/logistics and bring savings at least in line with price erosion.
优化和证明采购管理程序 - Optimize and document purchasing management process
发展和管理供应商关系 - Involve supplier relationship management and development
确保实现和材料经理做定期检查/程序报告 - Ensure achievement and regular review/ report of progress to materials manager
在亚洲内部各个部门，转换采购关系 - Converting the purchasing relationship with Inter-BU Asia.
提供内部或者外部采购计划 - Contribute to in or outsourcing decisions/ plans
Experience And Training Required Performing Job:
大学学历，有一项技术性的学科或者工商管理 Education Background
University level in a technical discipline and/or business administration
工作经验
4年相关工作经验 Years of working experience
4 years related experience
技术能力 Technical Competencies
流利的英语 Frequent user of English Language
MRP逻辑性 MRP Logic
良好的电脑技能，JDE优先 Good skill in computer, JDE preferred
丰富的采购经验 Solid experience in purchasing (preferably in international environment)
精通采购流程，业务及人员管理 Purchasing Process, business and people management
