Construction Project Development Manager (Design & Execution) - (欧洲第一大shopping mall连锁企业，刚进入中国市场， 2年内华东有望扩张至20家，直接向德国人汇报工作)
Major responsibilities:l Providing support to Store Construction Manager for concept layoutl Checking architecture designs and drawingsl Negotiating with governments, design institutes, partners and leasing companiesl Providing general support to the duties and responsibilities of the department under instruction and delegation of the Store Construction Managerl Preparing concept layouts according to company’s rules and requirementsl Negotiating construction descriptions with the landlordsl Preparing acceptable construction budgets project schedules and supporting the negotiation of the rent contractsl Participating in meetings and discussions with partners, investors, design institutes and governments as well as fire fighting bureaus
Requirements:l Work experience should include a minimum of 5 yearsl Familiar with laws and regulations for construction work, especially for the need of all stores

B Educational background: University degrees in the field of architecture or design
C Job-related skills and attributes:l PC skills in MS Office and Auto-CADl Very accurate way of working

l Creative in the field of design and good skills in analytical thinking

l Hard-working and willing to travel a lotl Work independently and be able to implement the standards of concept layouts

l Fluent in spoken and written English and the respective national languagel Knowledge of German is an advantagel Enjoy working in an international environment
