(欧洲第一大商用车企业，负责汽车整车合并收购项目的legal事务，直接和总部沟通)
ROLE DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITY:
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Support and advise company Rep. Office and HQ in complex legal aspects such as trade and commercial matters, foreign
investments, intellectual property, technology transfers, and labour and corporate issues
? Responsible for ensuring that the operations of the company business comply with laws and other prevalent regulatory
provisions of P.R.C.
? Advise both company Rep. Office and HQ in Turin on the interpretation of P.R.C. laws and regulations
? Manage the corporate affairs of our JV companies in P.R.C.
? Support any complex negotiation company may start in the future in P.R.C.
REQUIREMENTS:
? University bachelor degree, major in law;
? Above 8 years related experiences in OEM automotive industry;
? Sound knowledge of Chinese local laws and prevalent regulatory provisions;
? Written and Spoken English is a must
