Job Summary? The job position is to design and develop new products & options based on Electronic control theories and owned technology knowledge base.? This job is also requested to works very closely with cross functional teams like S&M, P&SM, QA, MFG, global R&U PM team to maintain the product integrity, provide technical support as necessary.? He/she will contribute to success of company and self-achievement through the developing competitive products? Design, develop, document, test, and troubleshoot the complete electrical system and controls for machines. Should be able to integrate the electrical system design with the design of other systems? Communication & participation in the project with suppliers and other companies within regarding Electro Hydraulic system developmentKey/Primary Responsibilities? Work in a cross-functional team environment to design and release new and upgrade existing products to meet local market requirement? Insure the integrity of our products through continuous improvement and customer focus? Apply technical and practical knowledge to develop new options with expected Q.D.C. to meet local market requirement? Work with TP function team to define and execute test plan to prove components and completed machine performance, address defects and finalize designs. Verify the design to meets all performance and reliability goals? Work closely with local purchasing team to identify cost reductions and product improvements on electric components to achieve the manufacturing productivity? Troubleshooting of electrical system of complete machine for prototype and production versions.? Interface with sales, marketing, manufacturing, quality, purchasing, service as well as vendors and outside technical resources to provide technical support and resolve reported product issues as necessary.? Complete the project and tasks assigned by EME operation team with committed Q.D.C.Professional Experience? Experiences in process improvement utilizing root cause analysis and Six Sigma design tools. ? Experience with new product development of electromechanical systems ? Working experience in Multi-national companies preferred? Familiar with the trends for electrics/electronics in construction equipment industry and our competitors? Experience from project managementPersonal Qualifications? 4-years university bachelors degree in electric or mechatronic engineering? Over 5 years related work experience in vehicle electric and system design? Skilful of CAD software & PDM system, Saber, Catia, Pro-E is preferred? Familiar with off-highway vehicle standards and regulations, NEC and IEC codes as well? Skillful in trouble shooting and problem solving? Good computer skills(MS Word/Excel/Power point & SAP)Education? Bachelors Degree in electric or mechatronic Engineering required Languages? Min. English CET 4, good English in speaking and writing
