Location: Shanghai

Responsibilities:

1. Deal with the Failure product return, including test, repair, evaluate and judge the failure reasons etc.

2. Provide technical/ products training to salesman and customers

3. Help customers to solve the problem of troubleshooting at worksite

4. Assist the promotion activities throughout China (eg: seminars, exhibitions, etc)

5. Handle and follow up customers' complaints and answer customers' inquiry related to the products.

6. Help to collecting the related information of competitors and some data or information of particular industries for marketing research report.

3. Understand both customer& marketing need;

6. Working with engineering department to coordinate developing new product or customizing product.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Industry Automation, Instrumentation and Automation, Fluid Control, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

2. At least 5 years working experience in technical supporting. Experience of multinational company and familiar with nuclear industry is preferred.

3. Good command of English both in listening, reading and writing

4. Good computer skill.

5. Frequent traveling is required in whole China, always be present on emergency request.

6. A good team player

7. Aggressive, confident with good communication both internal and external.
