职位描述
Specific responsibilities
¨ Responsible for vertical market analysis eg oil & gas, marine & offshore, mining, solar and other green energy market) to identify market development trends and key growth opportunities
¨ Identify potential acquisition targets and provide input on competitive guides;
¨ Do related industry study and research to track and compile new market development information, industry trends, competitive activity and key competitors and provide informative information to management team for developing M&A strategy.
¨ Coordinate with Division Asia teams to build M&A pipelines based on the market study and division M&A strategy.
¨ Be involved in the M&A process as a key contributor including collecting, gathering and analyzing target's essential information required for M&A, coordinating the internal efforts to conduct effective due diligence and facilitate the negotiation on M&A deals.
This position requires the following:
¨ University first degree or equivalent + possibly MBA
¨ Mastery of English at business Level
¨ Experience
¨ 6+ year industry knowledge to electric business.
¨ Marketing/ product management experience desired
¨ BD/M&A experience preferred
¨ Independent yet a team player, result-oriented, strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure. Self-driven, self-motivated, innovative and creative.
¨ She/he should be used to working in a very fast moving environment.
¨ She/he should demonstrate solid strategic thinking abilities.
¨ The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interface with colleagues locally and abroad.
Behavioural competencies
¨ Age: long commitment with the company is preferred, thus should be on the younger range: 30-35
¨ She/he should be diplomatic and persuasive
¨ She/he should also demonstrate business acumen (incl financial understanding and negotiation skills), strategic thinking and management skills. Cultural sensitivity, strong work ethics, be politically savvy, and able to build and maintain client relationships.
¨ He/she should in addition be very open, proactive, energetic and direct.
¨ Confident and outgoing, emotionally stable and mature
¨ Emotionally mature and stable,
