Supplier Development Engineer -Machining/ hydraulic（欧美独资大型建筑设备制造商，诚招供应商发展工程师，要求熟悉机加工件、液压件）
工作地点：上海浦东
Job Summary:
Support Toll gate inspect (SAP maintain/inspect item defined);
Initial parts inspection and approval for project;
Parts audit;
Containment/Correct actions follow up for MRB and QFA;
Responsibilities:
Construct inspection items for incoming inspection for SHA plant and before delivery inspection for supplier;
Follow up containment and corrective actions for supplier quality problems;
Responsible for project initial samples inspection and approval;
Plan and implement supplier Part audit yearly; follow up the corrective action on findings;
Support to do field survey for project localization/ supplier quality issue;
Comply with arrangement from quality director/supervisor;
Requirement:
Technical Knowledge
Have a detailed understanding of the products;
Have a specified experience on machining, hydraulic etc.
Working Skills
Demonstrated knowledge of performing product inspections for conformance to specifications;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skill is a requirement;
A working understanding of manufacturing process control and/or statistical process control is preferred;
A working understanding of the products and related manufacturing processes;
Fluency in English and the native language;
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required;
