Location: Shanghai
Report to: AP HR Director
Job purpose:
l To support and closely collaborate with the HR team in the implementation of various processes and tasks.
l To support the function by ensuring smooth operation of versatile administrative tasks and processes.
l To act as a link and a contact person in own function and towards other functions and external interest groups.
Main tasks:
l Support/administrate processes to run accurately and smoothly
- preparation of presentation material
- invoice handling and cost control
- internal communication and contacts to stakeholders
l Efficient and proactive planning and organising of duties in a timely manner
- keeps the "calendar"
- travel and meeting arrangements
- co-ordination of customer visits and events
l Efficient implementation of supportive tasks
- supports reporting
- updates and develops the intranet
l Projects or other tasks assigned
Prerequisites:
l Bachelor degree in HR, administration or related major
l Preferred related experience of 1 - 2 years
l English language: fluent level both in spoken and written
Personal behavioural competencies
l Strong networking and team-working capabilities
l Result-driven way of working demonstrating out-of-the-box thinking
l Customer service mindset
l Integrity and independency
l Self-motivated.
