JOB SPECIFICATION
I. Organisational information
Job title: Store Fitter
Organisation:
Department: Construction Department
II. Position summary
A Job purpose:
The Construction Dept. leads and coordinates all construction and store fitting activities of the Company.
The position of Store Fitter will support the Project Management in the field of store fittings.
B Major responsibilities:
l Collecting/recording and checking of the store fitting plans of the Store Fitting Department
l Person in charge of our stores in the case of refurbishments and optimizations
l Compiling specifications (including quantity and quality catalogues) for furniture, store fitting items and the corresponding store fitting accessories
l Processing calls for tenders for store fitting
l Searching and assessing suppliers
l Supporting the development of presenters, furniture, etc.
III. Requirements profile
A Professional experience:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the fields of store fittings and procurement or in similar positions
B Educational background:
University degree in the field of architecture or interior design
(alternatively: master carpenter, master interior designer or similar)
C Job-related skills and attributes:
l Self-confident way of acting
l Negotiation skills
l Self-reliant and target-oriented way of acting / working as well as efficient way of working
l Very good MS Office skills
l Enjoy working in teams
l Fluent knowledge of written and spoken English
l Knowledge of German is an advantage
