Visual Merchandiser 视觉陈列师

- Shop Maintenance：
Arrange repair and maintenance of shop fixture and fittings;
Arrange with contractors for repairs and maintenance at most cost-effective ways.

- Shop Design
Assist in designing new shop layout plan.

- Comm materials
Maintain safety buffer stock in warehouse
Prepare monthly buffer order
Prepare initial order for new shop opening
Arrange replenishment & replacement

- Shop Image
Conduct regular shop visits to evaluate shop image and propose enhancement initiatives
Initial display set up for each shop and regular monitor of display
Display training for retail staffs
Precisely follow up the display guide lines and give efficient and practical suggestion to regional team to enhance shop image
Predict to prepare materials and advanced sense to keep all display elements in a proper way

- Merchandising guideline
Local adapt various merchandising guidelines-for shops in SH region
Window & in-shop display
Seasonal topic /New product
SCS/Design Visit
General pops usage

- POP
Produce and prepare pops for various functions: GWP/SCS/Exhibition/Event/etc

- Window & lightbox display
Arrange CDI to install the window or lightbox.
Take photos for new window or lightbox for record.

- Others
Support on-site display work for new shop opening/Events
Handle general enquiries for merchandising issues.
Other tasks assigned by line manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Majore in design,arts studies.
- 4+ Years visual merchandising and interior design experience.
- Solid experience in running shop visual merchandising and design production.
- Experience in handling contractors and renovation projects preferable.
- Computer knowledge in Freehand, Photoshop, Infini-D or other graphic software.
