职位描述
Responsibility:
1. Conduct training needs analysis to design and develop engineering training program and plan for Engineer skill & competency improvement;
2. Communicate with internal department to build instructor pool, arrange and/or conduct technical training program to ensure training plan implement;
3. Contact consultant and vendor for technical training course selection and work with internal partner for courses buy in;
4. Be responsible for internal & external training resource's qualification;
5. Involve internal and customer audit, support to define the actual root cause & correct action for training quality improvement;
6. Develop Engineer training programs that are structured for employee career development;
7. Work with Engineering Dept. to develop the program for Engineer training effectiveness tracking and best known methodologies sharing;
8. Set up the measurable KPI for engineering training effectiveness tracking;
9. Evaluate the technical training effectiveness and make improvement actions;
10. Setup and maintain technical training records system, regular self-audit to ensure database integrity.
Education background
College degree or above in electronic & mechanical engineering or equivalent
At least 5 years of training experience with managing team in semiconductor company preferred
Core Competency and Characteristics
Familiar with packaging & testing process
Good Interpersonal and communication skill
Fluent in both oral and written English.
Proficient in MS software (PPT, Excel, Word.)
Good ability in management & problem solving.
Strong sense of teamwork
