职位描述
Overall Purpose
§ Establish localized scheduling team in ALENSA.
§ To improve project execution capacity of Shanghai Center to support China projects
§ To increase competitiveness of E&C for local project execution
§ To lead and implement project execution on aspects of schedule update (level 1-3), project progress reporting and schedule analysis.
Responsibilities
§ Set up baselines for project cost and schedule measurement;
§ Prepare project schedule ( level 1 - 5 ) for EPC project;
§ Set up project control system for project execution;
§ Coordinate with project team members to ensure project activities are executed in well-organized manner;
§ Keep tracking on project schedule and cost;
§ Report project progress regularly, weekly and monthly to project leader;
§ Complete monthly inputs on project report;
§ Update project schedule
§ Provide schedule analysis report to project leaders
§ Plan EPC project activities
§ Other ad hoc tasks required by line manager.
Qualifications
§ Bachelor degree or above, majored in Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 8 years experience in the field of project control, EPC project background preferred.
§ Capable of reading, writing and speaking English fluently.
Good knowledge of industrial project construction sequence and processes.
Good knowledge of project scheduling and cost control.
Good experience of project reporting.
Good skills on application of P3, P6 or MS project in developing project schedule.
