职位描述
Position Specification:
The position requires a dynamic and experienced design engineer in the development of mechanical components for CCH projects. He/She will lead Worldwide and/or Local projects.
Basic Accountabilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
? Leading design, testing and final qualification of CCH projects according to CCH product development standards &process
? Creating the project plan and committing this plan with cross-functional teams
? Researching, designing and evaluating mechanical elevator products to meet requirements, applying knowledge of engineering principles
? Managing an projects team including engineering, SDE,SQE to delivery result meet target cost/quality/time
? Checking/validating assembly and detail drawings to meet
? Preparing documentation for sales, manufacture, purchasing, quality, field
? Improving product quality and cost reduction
? Providing support to the manager on a regular basis.
? Being part of the process of developing people talent within the project team and across the engineering team
? Better understand D MVP process and follow it well
Qualification Requirement:
Deep technical knowledge and proven expertise in the development of mechanical/electrical components. Knowledge of CCH Ex-proof or ALP is desired. Experience with development tools such as CAD, especially Solid-works preferred.
Deep experience with project management is required including risk and requirements management. Familiarity with program management tools such as MS Project are required. Familiarity with product development process especially DMVP is desired.
? Education: M.S. or above in Mechanical Engineering
? Experience: minimum of 4years
? Language: Good in spoken and written English
? Computer Skills: Project Management tools, Microsoft Office Tools
? Other Key Competencies:
o Creative and open minded, hard-working and energetic, good teamwork, and ethics
o Good interpersonal and communication
