职位描述
Overall Purpose
§ Prepare project cost estimate for proposal works.
§ Set up cost database for China project and regularly update as per market index.
§ Support construction team to review and validate supplier's/contractor's bids.
§ Make cost risk/opportunity assessment for projects.
§ Provide cost inputs for project reports.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
§ Under limited supervision to carry out cost estimate for services, specially engineering and procurement for budget purpose, cost estimates for proposals, variations and claims, estimation of lump sum turnkey estimate.
§ Project Capital Cost with appropriate accuracy at conceptual, FEED and EPC stages of Project.
§ Set up project control cost framework.
§ Capture actual cost data, classify and reconcile the same for cost monitoring.
§ Monitor, forecast and control the project costs. Prepare cost status report.
§ Ability of doing quantity calculation, e.g. civil, piping, electrical and instrumentation.
§ Other ad hoc tasks required by line manager.
Qualifications
§ Education: Bachelor of Engineering (preferably Mechanical / Chemical).
§ Training & Certificate:
§ Working Experience: More than 10 years of relevant experience in EPC industrial projects.
§ Foreign Language: Proficient in English and Chinese (spoken and written) is a must.
§ Knowledge & Know-how: Able to use Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
§ Others
