职位描述
Position Description-Purpose
1. To insure the machine delivery quality is achieving standard and customer's requirement.
2. To maintain and improvement the QMS in group continuously.
Accountabilities
1. To update the FAT process in Malu according to the original edition from Karben. 2. And to insure this process to be implemented before our machines' delivery.
3. To implement the API process in production.
4. Assistant to organize the internal audit and external audit.
5. To dispose the NCR concerning our production quality during our API, FAT and CFR according to our NCR procedure. And to insure all NCR issues are closed and to be recorded.
6. To insure all measuring tools used for our production are registered in our tools list and are calibrated as schedule.
7. To insure all machine delivery is with FAT report.
8. To insure all machine delivery is with packaging photos.
9. To insure to record SN for some electrical components as instructed.
10. To design the working schedule according to the instruction from leaders and arrange the daily tasks for subordinates.
11. To train the subordinates during the daily work.
12. To implement and maintain the 5S management in daily work.
Responsibilities
What will the person actually have to do within the role: For example
? 1. IPQC and FQC operation.
? 2. NC disposal and continuous improvement.
? 3. Support ISO 9001 QMS. To lead internal audit and assist external audit.
? 4. Establish and maintain the Control Plan for IPQC & FQC.
? 5. Manage and maintain the measuring tools for IPQC & FQC.
? 6. Manage the QC inspectors of IPQC and FQC.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
? 1. Bachelor degree. Electric or Mechanics-Electrics major.
? 2. With 5 years quality working experience in international machinery manufacturing industry. With strong knowledge of ISO 9001(2008).
? 3. Electric engineer with middle level certificate or quality engineer with middle level certificate.
? 4. With ISO 9001 Internal Audit Certificate.
? 5. Good knowledge of quality tools.
? 6. Normal PC skill about PPT/word/excel.
? 7. Good English skill on oral, read and write.
? 8. Team work spirit, can work under pressure.
