Job Summary:
CI engineer's main responsibility is to improve product and process quality. He/she is expected to provide strong leadership and vision in implementing the company's best practice and process-based business philosophies.
Key/Primary Responsibilities:
General
Directly supports all operating departments within Shanghai plant
Key contact and coordinator between Shanghai plant and Shanghai plant.
Leader in identifying and educating the organization in trends and best practices in the areas of quality, process management.
To develop and implement TQM-related education and training programs.

Responsible for 5S and Visual board management implementation within Shanghai plant
To gather/ report/ Analyze & improve COPQ, provide concerned training.
To gather employee suggestion, calculate cost saving, follow up improvement progress, feed back to employee.
Responsible for China operation culture implantation within Shanghai plant.
Manages internal standard manuals and documentation.
Responsible for recommending and coordinating quality assessment activities and award applications (such as national and international quality awards, environmentally friendly company, i.e).
Support other activities, such as QI, OD, QEHS, 6 Sigma, i.e.
Candidate Profile
Professional Experience
More than 3 years experience in construction equipment industry or automobile related fields.
Personal Qualifications
Knowledge
- Knowledge of process management, quality improvement and ISO development
- 5S related knowledge and operational criteria
- Knowledge of MS office
Skills
- Good at team coordination
- Good knowledge and utilization of Quality tools
- ISO9001/ISO14001/OHSAS18001 audit experience is preferred.
- Strong motivation, leadership and integrity
- Broad-minded, quick learner, proactive.
- Committed, self-motivated,
Education
- Junior college or above, major in mechanism or related fields
Languages
- Fluent in written & oral English
