Primary Purpose of Job (Job Summary)主要工作目标（岗位简介）
？ Support the organization for compliance with local legal regulations and with Company SHE provisions (especially for fire and security, abbreviation F&S).
？ 为公司符合当地法律法规要求和符合公司SHE规定提供支持（尤其在消防和安保方面）

Primary responsibility 主要职责
？ Supporting and advising SHE manager, line manager and site manager in F&S matters. 向SHE经理、一线经理和场地经理提供消防和安保方面的支持和建议。
？ Promoting F&S in the company based on the local and global Company F&S objectives and goals. 按当地政府和公司内部的目标要求，不断完善消防和安保的管理。
？ Supporting line management in F&S training for employees. 向一线经理提供消防和安保的培训支持。
？ Developing and maintaining a system for receiving, documenting and responding to F&S related reports and complaints. 建立和维护消防和安保报告文件系统。
？ Ensuring that a F&S risk analysis process is implemented and documented. 确保消防和安保的风险分析得以实施和存档。
？ Conducting periodic F&S inspections. 执行周期性的消防和安保检查。
？ Reporting critical F&S situations. 报告严重的消防和安保状况。
？ Monitoring and documenting: 监督和存档：
？ The implementation of F&S programs and action plans, especially F&S measures planned in order to close identified gaps. 消防和安保计划的执行
？ F&S accidents and incidents. 消防和安保事故
？ The status and progress of actions related to F&S goals and targets. 有关消防和安保目标的工作
？ Compiling and documenting the F&S KPIs: 编写和存档：
？ Used for monitoring the trend towards the F&S goals. 监督消防和安保目标的发展趋势
？ Used by the management as a basis for their F&S plans. 消防和安保计划
？ For F&S reporting. 消防和安保报告
？ Reviewing and supporting the communication of F&S related information and documentation. 审核和支持消防和安保方面的信息交流和文件存档。
？ Advising local (Company external) emergency response teams in the event of F&S incidents, including transport accidents involving Company products. 在发生消防和安保事故时，向当地应急响应小组提供建议。
？ Establishing and maintaining the local (Company internal) F&S emergency management system. 针对消防和安保事故，建立和维护公司内部应急管理系统。
？ Establishing and maintaining contacts with the local F&S authorities, professional organizations, scientific bodies and the public. 和当地的消防和安保管理部门、专家组织、科学机构和公众建立和保持良好的关系。

Requirements要求
？ University education background 大学教育背景
？ Major in safety or environment or chemical or engineering or other SHE related 安全、环境、化学、工程专业或其它SHE相关专业
？ 5+ years related experience. 5年以上相关领域经验
？ Strong coordination skill within the department and cross functions 良好的跨部门协调能力
？ Potential leadership skill 具有领导潜力
？ Professional skills in SHE related SHE相关的专业技能
？ Good English in listening, speaking, reading and writing 良好的英语听说读写技能
？ Good computer skill 良好的计算机使用技能
