QSE Team Leader，质量-

PURPOSE OF THE FUNCTION:
The QSE Team Leader –
.Supports DC in developing and managing overall quality, social & environmental work, in alignment with Global/Regional Quality, S&E priorities and goals
.Lead and develop competence of on site Quality, S&E co-workers
.As part of the DS area Quality, S&E matrix organization, ensure close cooperation among Quality, S&E functions
.Be the main interface with Retail and Supply Chain organizations in the country on Quality, S&E topics

ASSIGNMENTS:
Supports DC in developing and managing overall quality, social & environmental work, in alignment with Global/Regional Quality, S&E priorities and goals
? Set local action plan for DC in line with Global DS Quality Direction, Global DS Sustainability Direction, and DS Regional Business Plan
? Lead and supervise all DC on site Quality related functions and activities, i.e. Repair
? Lead and support in further integration of Sustainability into the Business
? Ensure Quality, S&E related tasks/activities are performed in the company’s best interest, and in accordance to THE COMPANY policies and rules
? Follow up on goals and KPIs, communicate status to DC management and DS matrix organization regularly, challenges are addressed in time
? Secure communication to DC co-workers on Quality, S&E status and activity to create awareness and get engagement
?Lead and develop competence of on site Quality, S&E co-workers
? Ensure Global/Regional/local Quality, S&E working methods and routines are well understood and followed in the DC.
? Build up and develop Quality, S&E competence in the team
? Promote THE COMPANY culture and values, lead by example

As part of the DS area Quality, S&E matrix organization, ensure close cooperation among Quality, S&E functions, Ensure continuous improvement and professional execution at work
Be the main interface with Retail and the rest of Supply Chain organization in the country on Quality, S&E topics
? Be the main interface with Retail’s Q-store responsible and In-store Logistics to secure quality and availability of goods dispatched to stores
? Lead and support S&E Developer in working with sustainability priorities and actions in line with Regional S&E matrix, alignment or possible common agenda with Retail unit in the country
? Be the main interface with other parts of supply chain to support and to secure quality and availability of goods
MEASUREMENTS
? DC Quality, S&E KPIs/Goals
? Internal Business Review achieves 85% and above

PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE:
Good knowledge and understanding of THE COMPANY Supply Chain and Quality management system
Basic logistics knowledge and/or previous working experience in warehousing and logistics
Proficiency of THE COMPANY Information system (e.g. GTS, CASY, etc)
Process and customer oriented
Minimum one to three years supervisory/management experience preferable

Language proficiency in English, both verbal and written is a must
Excellent communication skills
