PRIME FUNCTION OF ROLE 职位概况
To implement people strategies which support the China RD&I function's business objectives and values
To facilitate the development of professional HR standards and practices in the RD&I organizations of all businesses in China and work closely with RD&I Leadership Team to ensure HR practice alignment in China.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 主要职责
- To partner with China RD&I Leadership team, align business goals with HR operation and provide value-added HR support particularly in the areas of recruitment and talent development
- Act as the dedicated HR Representative to proactively work with China RD&I Leadership team to identify issues, close gaps and shoot for solutions in various HR areas
- To work closely with Country HR team and lead new HR initiatives & its implementation according to AN China HR strategic Plan and objectives. Develop and gain agreement with cross-function teams (within and outside HR team) to facilitate change and drive for result
- To manage all related HR processes and ensure the smooth running of all processes, all key controls are well in place and all processes running in full compliance with company standard.
- To ensure that the Company culture and RD&I Priorities are constantly instilled to the organization. The performance management is effectively implemented to promote the performance driven culture.
- Support & provide consultant to RD&I managers across all Company businesses on people development and management agenda.
- Work closely with Country HR Team to ensure HR Practice alignment in China
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE 技能,知识及经验
- University graduate level or above
- 7-8 years of relevant experience in HR generalist or Business Partner role, 2 years or more as supervisor or manager in multinational companies, experience as HR Business Partner is a plus
- An understanding of Research and Development activity would be desirable
- Good knowledge of state-of-art HR practices
- Familiar with China Labor Law and various local regulations
- Self-motivated and business oriented, team player
- Strong interpersonal/communication and problem solving skills
- Self-initiated, result driven, strong sense of responsibility, drive for continuous improvement
- Good language (both English and Chinese) and fluent PC skills
