ASSIGNMENTS:
® Develop for operational business
® Secure the out delivery within the agreed time to the stores
® Secure the right parameters for our internal Basic date
® Leading and develop Co-workers in accordance with COMPANY Co-worker Idea
® Able to communicate effective with people at all positions in the organization
® Increase efficiency of site operations (reduce cost, improve productivity and work spirit) with total supply chain in focus
® Coach and support the development of individuals within the area of responsibility
® Communication between Quality Social Environment, Inventory, BN, FSS, HR and Warehouse Logistics
® Manage different teams and groups in operation on daily level
® Responsible for daily operation inside the warehouse
COMPETENCE:
Knowledge:
- Good knowledge of warehouse management systems.
- Communication skills (verbal and writing)
- Bring in his ideas and make proposals to develop the operation business.
- Operation knowledge of a Distribution Center.
- Fluent in English and the local language
Personal skills:
- Teamplayer
- Take initiative
- Able to work under stress
- Service minded
- Communicator
