职位描述

Role & Responsibilities

- Develop new business opportunities on Air and Ocean products, for the traffic between China <> Germany through meetings, calls, presentations to potential customers in local Chinese market, there by creating a healthy pipeline for CN<>DE lane.

- Development of new business, creating healthy pipeline, focusing on monthly volume & chasing net revenue targets assigned or the lane, while working closely (teamwork) with the GCA Station management, product and procurement teams to win new customers and profitable business

- Produce qualified and complete sales leads to share them the Tradelane and Germany organization, provide as much information as possible and make follow up to close the opportunity accordingly. Work closely with Trade-lane team for Germany within GCA.

- Follow up of sales leads, analysis of business opportunities, assist quotation and tender process according to the requirement of accounts.

- Support on growing initiatives, campaigns to grow the trade lane.

- Develop close and cooperative relation with operation / customer development colleagues ensuring customer satisfaction at all levels all times.

- Enter account information and sales activities into CRM – Oneview system

- Control AR under company finance policy

- Other duties as assigned

Education, Experience, Certification and Training requirements

- 2-3 yr with strong u/standing of German biz customers within Mainland CN

- Strong track record of sales and winning business.

- Freight forwarding experience with customers/client base

- College degree or above.

- Minimum 3 years' working experience preferred in international trading and freight forwarding.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- PC Skills.

Job Skills and Competencies for this position

- Good communication skills in Mandarin and English, oral and written.

- Good selling skills at all levels in the organization, initiative, team-player, mature, attention to details, patient.
