DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
?To provide high quality consulting services including market analysis and development feasibility studies for Chinese and international clients
?To develop business opportunities for Strategic Consulting amongst existing and new clients in Guangzhou and across China
?To develop a constructive working relationship with personnel in the firm’s other business units
?To develop continuously your skills and experience through appropriate study, maintaining Strategic Consulting at the leading edge of real estate consulting

EMPLOYEE SPECIFICATIONS
?Likely to have over 2 years experience in a consulting environment, and been engaged in a variety of property and/or corporate consulting assignments
?Superior knowledge or experience in one or more of the following areas:
?Major development projects
?Property development consulting; feasibility analysis and /or master planning
?International experience through education and/or past employment preferred
?Fluency in written and spoken English & Mandarin
?Proven high level of initiative and ability
?Sound analytical, report writing and presentation skills including superior competence in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
?Urban Planning, Architecture, or Commerce graduate desirable

超过两年咨询经验，涉及各类房地产物业/企业咨询相关经验
在重大房地产开发项、物业发展顾问研究、项目可行性研究、城市规划设计等方面拥有资深经验：
英语、普通话听读写流利，具备高水平报告写作及陈述能力，熟悉 MS Excel, Word 和Powerpoint 的使用技巧；
工作主动、积极，分析能力强，沟通能力佳；
具城市规划、建筑设计或商业专业教育背景者优先考虑。
