职位描述
The Facilities Supervisor must be a team player and work with other members of the team to meet all key performance indicators as set out in the management contract.
1. Procurement and Vendor Management
-Assist in the management of all contractors on site ensuring they perform to the required standards
-Assist in the procurement of vendors and services as required
-Ensure the Contract Management Database is up to date at all times
2. Facilities Operations
-Assist in the implementation a comprehensive energy management program for your site(s)
-Assist and monitor to ensure all building procedures and performance measures are maintained at all times
-Assist with the development and monitoring of the Planned Preventative Maintenance programme. Ensure vendor compliance with agreed progresses
-Ensure Regional Operations procedures are followed to ensure service standards are maintained
-Seek ways to constantly reduce costs and improve operational standards
-Implement, comply with and audit all internal management systems, for quality assurance
-Assist the Management Team with the coordination of Churn and other relocations activities as required
3. Risk Management
-Assist in the implementation and management of a property risk management program which identifies major property risks including occupational health and safety, fire safety and essential services and environmental. Report any issues or concerns back to Senior Management
-Assist in the implementation and monitoring of guidelines and strategies to protect health and safety of staff and others, protect IBM and JLL reputation. Report any issues or concerns back to Senior Management
-Support the implementation and monitoring of disaster recovery and business continuity plans
-Follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures
4. Profitability/ Savings Initiatives:
-Assist the Senior Jones Lang LaSalle Account Leadership team with generating operational savings and creating initiatives to improve processes and practices
5. Customer Service / Client Relationships:
-Provide superior customer service
-Ensure feedback from client sessions is recorded and actioned to the satisfaction of the end user.
-Pro-actively manage IBM expectations ensuring that the service levels are maintained .
6. Reporting:
-Assist in the budgeting process as required
-Provide input as required into the Monthly Report to client
-Active involvement in the monitoring and achieving the required Key Performance Indicators
7. Training:
-Actively participate in all planned training activities
8. Leadership / Staff Management:
-Actively support an environment that supports teamwork, co-operation & performance excellence within the WPR team
Competencies,

Requirements,
1. 大学学历, 具备机电工程背景, 至少5年以上办公室设施管理工作经验, 熟悉办公室行政方面工作
2. 具备办公室及IT机房空调,供电,UPS, 消防等知识, 能及时判断并排除以上设备故障,动手能力强
3. 具备良好的沟通能力及英文读写能力, 需管理供应商并与大厦物业管理处进行日常沟通
4. 具备一定的现场及人员管理能力
5. 需与客户代表进行日常工作的沟通,表达能力强
