工作职责：

良好的与公司总部、本公司其他项目的总物业经理、发展商、供应商、大厦内租户、管理处内各部门员工、政府相关部门办事人员等之间的沟通联系。本着仲量联行的服务理念与标准，为客户提供专业优质的服务，同时根据公司的政策与规定，处理项目物业管理的日常事务、人事、行政与财务等方面的全面管理。

职位要求：

• 接受过正统、严格、专业的物业管理、资产管理、运营管理训练
• 至少具备10年以上的物业管理、资产管理和营运管理的经验，特别需要具备在中国大陆管理经验
• 具备良好的领导能力
• 良好商务文书写作能力及口头表达能力
• 具备良好的财务管理意识和知识，并具备敏锐的商业判断力
• 执行能力强
• 利的英语、粤语听读写能力
• 良好的人际关系能力
• 具备很强的个人影响力，能影响不同层次的人员
• 成熟、独立、自我激励
