钣金样品制作工程师

l 必须有钣金样品制作的工作经验，激光，折弯，焊接，喷涂, 等.

l 必须能制作质量高适合出口的专用定做的样品.

l 必须无监督地工作,自己解决问题.

l 必须理解看懂CAD和图纸文件.

l 必须有三年的工作经验.

能用这些机械:

l 金属激光切割机

l 折弯机(60吨)

l 松下焊机/点焊机

l 动力弓锯

l 压铆机

l 钻床

l 五金气动工具

l 喷涂设备

制作种类:

l 金属架子

l POP展示品

l 零售架子和支架

l PCB的铁盒

l 装配线生产夹具

Sheet Metal Fabrication Engineer

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Must Have:

- Experience in all aspects of sheet metal fabrication and general engineering.

- Be competent in building one off custom samples to a very high standard. (Export quality)

- Be able to work unsupervised and solve problems as they arise.

- Have a good understanding of CAD files.

- Be able to work from drawings.

- Have at least 3 year experience

- Must have practical skills and be capable of using the following machinery:

· Metal cutting Laser.

· 60 Ton Press Brake folder.

· Mig Welder.

· Power Hack saw.

· Sheet Metal Spot Welder.

· Fastener Insert press.

· Angle grinder

· Drill press.

· Hand Tools.

· Metal finishing/ Powder coating.

Types of fabrication

- Metal shelving.

- POP Displays.

- Retail racking and associated brackets.

- Electronic PCB enclosures.

- Various production assembly jigs.
