Job description

At least 3 years' testing experiences

Strong ability to work closely with the development and test teams to review designs, perform test design etc.

Skills in using any of the austomation tool or performance tool is a strong plus

Good problem analysis and resolution skills

Good cross-team communication skill and ability to drive to close

Good communication skills in both mandarin and English

Good team player, self-motivated, quick learner

Experience with agile development is a plus

Familiar with IBM middleware is a strong plus
