Job Responsibilities

1. Provides IT Risk guidance and consulting services to Business Units and significant programs or projects, as appropriate, to ensure alignment to IT Risk Corporate Standard, good practices and the ORMF.

2. Accountable for the IT Risk assessment of the Asian Business Units.

3. Represents IT Risk directions, functions and guidance to Asian Business Units to promote and educate IT Risk awareness and strategy.

4. Works in collaboration with the Asia Operational Risk group and Business Units, including IT.

5. Provides a leadership role in identifying risk exposure and championing best practices and implementing continuous process improvement initiatives for IT Risk Management in Asia.

6. Maintains IT Risk awareness within the industry and develops appropriate plans to support emerging risks.

7. Acts as IT Risk subject matter expert to Asian Business Units, vendors and industry forums.

8. Works as part of the enterprise IT Risk CSA team, implementing and supporting the ORMF for IT Risk.

Requirements

1. Possesses a university degree/college diploma in Computer Science or equivalent work experience, and 7+ years of strong experience in IT development and operations, risk management, and industry experience.

2. Demonstrates advanced knowledge of IT Risk governance framework, controls and processes.

3. Displays a strong awareness of emerging IT and industry trends.

4. Maintains a strong understanding of policies, cross organizational roles, and governance structures/processes within the Bank.

5. Understanding of the Financial industry and Regulatory requirements, particularly within Asia.

6. Understanding of industry standards eg. Cobit, ITIL, CMMI, ISO, etc.

7. Possesses advanced facilitation and presentation skills.

8. Displays advanced communications, relationship management, and leadership skills.

9. Illustrates advanced decision and risk analysis skills.
